Navigate to Company Information in Setup and make sure the B2B Licenses are enabled for the org. Licenses required for your org may differ from the below image as it depends on your org setup and existing licenses. Please click here for more details on B2B Licenses.
Navigate to Installed Packages in Setup and make sure all the following overcast packages are installed. If any of them is missing, please install them in the following order. Contact Vigience to obtain the installation URL.
Add the relevant users to each package. You can refer to Component Package Installation for how to add users.
