Go to Commerce in Setup. Select Enable Commerce and click SAVE. After it is enabled, the Commerce Settings page will appear as below.
Follow the instructions on Salesforce help page Enable Digital Experiences. Once it is enabled, you can see your Domain Name in Settings of Digital Experience from Setup.
