Introduction to Integration Scenarios
Integration Scenarios allow you to sync data from your backend system to Salesforce.
In the Integration Scenarios tab, you can view the list of existing scenarios and check their details. You can also create a New Scenario or Migrate Scenarios to a different org.

- Integration Scenarios Tab: The object tab that contains all of your Scenario records. This stays on your nagivation bar so it's easy to locate.
- New: Utilize this button to create a new Scenario.
- Printable View: Utilize this button to create an easy-to-read view of Scenarios, which can be printed or shared, if desired.
- Migrate Scenarios: Utilize this button to send Scenarios to a different org, such as from Sandbox to Production, or vice versa.
- Checkboxes: Selecting the box at the top automatically chooses all of the boxes below. This is good for mass updates, such as selecting multiple Scenarios for migration.
- Scenario Name: This displays the name and hyperlink to access the details directly on the Integration Scenario record.
- Connection String: This displays the name and hyperlink to access the Connection String directly from the Integration Scenario.
- Record Type: This shows the record type of your Integration Scenario, and whether it is a Data Synchronization, Real-Time Integration, or Real-Time via Salesforce Connect.
- Created Date: This displays the created date of the Integration Scenario.
- Created By: This displays the person who created the Integration Scenario.
