List Component Definition Setup


The configuration for the screen that loads from selecting the View All link at the bottom of the widget is a list component definition.  Selecting View All displays a table with more columns.


 

1. Clone the widget component

To speed up the process, clone the widget to get a list definition. From the CB with the widget component definition loaded, select Save as in the top right.

 

Populate the fields as follows:

  1. Label: SAP Invoice List
  2. Developer Name: mySAPInvoiceList

Select Save.

 

2. Configure the Preview Settings

Select the cog next to Update preview to open the settings. Change the Preview component type to “List Viewer”.

 

3. Configure the component tab

Select Display in navigation breadcrumbs checkbox(1) and set the Navigation label type to “Static”(2).

Select the Master action link button and  delete the View All link/ Button for the list component(3).

 

 

4. Configure WEBINVOICEDOCUMENTLIST section

To change the display variant into a table view, populate the fields as follows:

 

  1. Display Variant: Table
  2. Show row numbers: Checked
  3. Use infinite scrolling: Unchecked
  4. Maximum rows to retrieve: 100

 

 

5. Save and preview

Now that the setup is completed, the component definition will need to be saved from the top right by selecting Save. The preview pane will reload after saving is completed.
