SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check
The SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check component provides real-time ATP (Available to Promise) information from SAP for a given product. By default, the future ATP situation starting with today is displayed, and you can specify Material, Plant, Storage Location, Required Date and Required Quantity.
Installation
- Navigate to the Component Library in the Overcast App. Filter by SAP-integrated Field Service under Collections.

- Activate the SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check component, by selecting the blue Activate button. (Once activated, the panel will appear green).

- Choose the connection string for your Backend System and click Activate.

- Navigate to the Monitoring Tab and check the Status. A green circle indicates that the component is successfully activated and is ready to use. If you see a red circle indicating an error, navigate to the ID (eg. 00001) and see Detailed Log for information regarding error. Go to Monitoring pages for more information.

Display the component
SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check component can be displayed on Salesforce record page of Opportunity, Work Order or Products Required.

Go to Work Order record page. Navigate Setup and select Edit Page to open Lightning Application Builder.

From Left pane, drag and drop the SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check component found under Custom components onto the page. Click Save and then Activate.

If this is your first component to install, you will see Page Layout Activation page. Select Assign as Organization Default. Click Next and then Save. The component is now displayed on the Account record page.
Functionality
- Go back to the Work Order record page and click the Funnel next to SAP Parts Lookup and ATP Check. Fill out or select your required Material, Plant, Storage Location, Required Date, Required Quantity and click Update. You will see real-time ATP information for a given product.

You can edit the picklist of Plant and Storage Location by searching for the label name "SAP Plant" and "SAP Storage Location" in Picklist Value Sets from Setup. Go to
Global Value Set for more details.
