Shield Platform Encryption

Overcast supports organizations that have Shield Platform Encryption enabled with the following caveats

1. The Overcast Components SAP Sales Order Management & SAP Sales Order History require Account.Name to be unencrypted.
2. The Overcast Component Builder application requires Account.Name to be unencrypted.

Data Synchronization, Real-time, and Real-time via Salesforce Connection Integration Scenarios all operate correctly with Shield Platform Encryption enabled on standard Salesforce objects.

Platform Encryption should not be enabled on Data Synchronization Scenario Integration Objects (custom objects generated for a Scenario).
