About Customer 360

The SAP-integrated Customer 360 solution is a collection of ready-to-use Overcast Components for a true end-to-end 360-degree view of your customer within Salesforce to provide faster and better customer insights to your users.
Customer 360 offers the replication of business partners and materials from SAP into Salesforce, as well as real-time access to SAP order, invoice and delivery data, quote history, pricing details, and more – all without leaving the Salesforce CRM workspace.
Customer 360 can be combined with other Overcast components from our component library, as well as with custom-built components connecting to SAP and non-SAP data sources.
This page will describe the prerequisites for using the Customer 360 solution and explain in which order the components should be installed.
